Taking the lead of this, we designed the Fireflies experience for App Cards. They are customizable widgets that embed your meeting data—meeting transcripts, summaries, and key moments—directly within your Contact and Companies records in HubSpot.

Currently, we’ve launched two App Cards:
- Recent Meetings Card
- Soundbites Card
Recent Meetings Card
The Recent Meetings Card helps you stay informed and aligned by giving you a snapshot of the latest three meetings with a Contact or Company.
In the card, you’ll see details like meeting title, date, time, host, participants, summary, sentiment, and a link to the full transcript.
Soundbites Card
Some meeting moments stand out—and they often hold the key to actionable insights.
The Soundbites Card captures and highlights up to three important moments from your recent meetings with a Contact or Company. This makes it easy for you to reference recent meetings without scrolling through hours of recordings.

How to get started
Setting up Fireflies App Cards is quick and simple. Follow these steps:
- First, connect your Fireflies and HubSpot accounts following the steps in this Fireflies-HubSpot integration guide. If you had already connected the integration but setup was done before December 2024, you'll need to disconnect and reconnect it to enable the App Cards functionality.
- Once connected, log in to your HubSpot account and open a Contact record.
- Click Customize record.
- Select Default View and click Add Cards.
- Go to the Apps tab and select the App Card—Recent Meetings from Fireflies.ai Call Transcripts or Soundbites.
- Add the card, then drag it to the preferred position. That’s it!
