What a freelance AI consultant does with three extra hours a week

The math
Thirty minutes of post-meeting cleanup became five to ten, and only when he actively needs to respond to someone. Across four to eight meetings a week, that is two to three hours back.
He has been on the product six months. That compounding capacity turned into something concrete.
"Let's say I have four to eight meetings a week. If I'm going to save two hours to four hours, I can pretty much work on another client's project. That's time I didn't have before."
The part he did not expect
The time was the obvious win. The quieter one was trust.
Early on, clients were surprised to receive a full summary after every call. Six months in, nobody comments on it anymore. They just expect it. And in the last two to three months, not one client has told him something was missed.
"I can't think about living without Fireflies. I know there is a wonderful assistant that is taking the notes and going to give me all the summary of it. I can rely upon it pretty much 100%."
