What is the Fireflies Partner Program?
The Fireflies Partner Program allows service providers, agencies, and businesses to represent Fireflies' platform and become resellers, implementation and support partners, and service providers for the products and tools that Fireflies provides. It is an opportunity to sell a leading SAAS platform with world-class transcription tools to the world's largest teams.
Who can become a Fireflies Partner?
If you:

How do I advance from one tier to the next?
Partners advance from one tier to another based on their performance in sales, marketing, and other initiatives. Partners can advance to the Platinum tier by achieving the required MRR (measured quarterly) and/or by working closely with our partner team and delivering on a GTM plan for a couple of quarters.
Is sales the only thing that will decide my partner tier?
Revenue is the main metric that is used to measure partner performance. However, other activities are taken into consideration, e.g. outbound lead generation, development of marketing references, case studies, etc.
When are partner commissions paid?
Partner commissions are processed quarterly and paid out within 30-45 days.
Does Fireflies provide support?
We provide technical support for all partners. However, Partners are required to provide L1 support to their customers.
Can I offer any discounts to my customers?
Please reach out to our partner team or your partner manager to know if your prospects or customers are eligible for any discounts.
